Wellness Starter Pack
This includes your initial 90 minute consultation when we dive into health history, diet, lifestyle habits, possible environmental exposures, sleep quality, and even stressors. We talk about your health goals and gather as much information as possible to make sure that we can create a wellness plan that truly fits your needs. This also includes your 30 minute new client follow-up. This is when we go over your wellness plan and make sure that each recommendation doesn’t just sound good, but is actually doable for you. $570
Client Follow-Up
This 30 minute check-in is to make sure everything is going according to plan. This allows us to track your progress and make adjustments to your plan as you progress along your wellness journey. Have questions? We’ve got answers. Need help implementing the recommendations? We’ve got tips, tricks, and resources! So, go ahead. Let us know. How’s it really going? $165
Client Refresher
This 60 minute consult allows us to get updated information at least once each year or when there is a new health goal you want to achieve. This helps us to curate your new wellness plan based off of your most up to date information and provide resources for support. $330
